Who qualifies for BBBI services?
We serve children experiencing hair loss due to medical conditions such as alopecia, cancer treatment, trichotillomania, and more. We proudly serve all ethnicities and boys too.
How long does the process take?
After submitting your application, our team reviews it within 5–7 business days. From approval to enrollment, the full process typically takes 2–4 weeks — however, creating custom units takes longer and each case is different. We will keep you informed every step of the way.
Do you offer home or hospital visits?
Yes! We understand that some families face mobility challenges. We offer home visits and hospital visits to ensure every child can access our services.
What if we live outside of New York?
We serve families across 15+ states. During your consultation, our team will work with you to find the best way to provide services regardless of your location.
What happens after we receive the hair replacement?
